Bring your yoga mat and be ready to relax, expand, and connect with the cosmos. Together, we will embrace the awakening energy of our solar system's 4.6-billion-year-old sun—our very own brilliant yellow dwarf star, which will be reaching its highest, most powerful point in our sky.
✨ What to Expect:
Release & Reset: We will open our parasympathetic nervous systems through intentional breathwork designed to clear stagnation and release stuck energy within our bodies.
Community & Connection: We will move into a sacred circle together, bringing our unique individual power to the space to share in the healing, universal Reiki energy of pure love with one another.
Integration: You will leave this circle with practical tools to awaken your specific soul's grounded practice—a daily ritual you can cultivate for your own continuous expansion long after the sun sets on the solstice.
