The majestic starry dessert of Joshua Tree California has long been a place I have dreamt of traveling to. The lay-lines of mother earth have always called to me deep from within. As Grid Work to anchor Mother Earth is one of my higher callings. These vortexes are a powerful places to connect with the vast nervous system of our magnificent Mother Earth. To foster transformation in our Physical, Emotional and Spiritual bodies.

As the sun crosses the celestial equator, we stand at the Cosmic Gate the sacred point of perfect equilibrium in the Spring Equinox where day and night hold each other in stillness. In the Vedic tradition, this is the dawn of the Devas, a high-vibrational window where the veil thins and the Eternal Life Force (Prana) surges through the Earth.
We will sit and breathe together, melting the internal frost of the winter months. Allowing suppressed emotions to rise, be witnessed, and finally be released into the ethers.
We will gather in circle as we empty out the old, we fill the space with the Golden Light of Reiki. This subtle alchemy balances your energetic architecture, aligning your Atman (eternal soul) with the expansive pulse of the spring.
This is your invitation to dissolve the boundaries of the old self. Come to the altar of the Equinox to peel back the layers, heal the heart’s vision, and emerge as the radiant, eternal being you have always been.
Bring a yoga mat and a notepad. We will perform a deep intentional release.
Winter Solstice Breathwork & Reiki Circle
Step into the stillness of the year's longest night and join a sacred space to honor this powerful moment of darkness and rebirth. As we turn inward, in breath together we will integrate the new. Then, we will open to the healing light of Reiki to find peace, setting the intention for the light to return to our lives.
Come as you are and find a warm, welcoming space to rest, heal, and prepare for the return of the sun.
